In Search Of Magic

No, it's not where some of you might think it is. Goodwins Court is a narrow (and fairly hidden) back alleyway leading from St. Martin's Lane to Bedfordbury in Covent Garden, London. The architecture is almost a perfectly preserved example of late 17th Century style, with ornate window displays and gas lamps that would fit well in a Charles Dicken's novel - but today usually has its share of Potterheads in search of the 'real Diagon Alley' :-)
