Dry Night in Tai O

Returning back to the same dried fish stall in Tai O. As the natural light fades, the produce glows in an incandescent warmth.

@Curly: Dried seafood is not usually eaten as-is (though I have had dried sea-horse previously) - it is used in cooking various different types of dish, and is very good for you. I have had it often - and all taste quite nice!

what a wonderful warn color... I went to Honk Kong and was eating in the street, I have been so sick that the next trip, I was looking for american fastfood...

@Sue-Ann: Very sorry to hear this Sue-Ann - I had the opposite once on this trip. We went to KFC and I suffered 4 days of illness (probably undercooked chicken).
