The Meeting Place is a 9m high bronze sculpture by Paul Day, which sits at the end of the Eurostar platforms in St Pancras International train station.
Its not an easy one to shoot, unless you have a good wide-angle lens, as there is too much in the way to get the 'ideal' angle for it.

Exposure won't be easy either with patches of light dancing off the surface. This has come out well with a decent tonal range across the frame, it only suffers from a bit of harsh overhead light.
Looking at the piece, it is a fine sculpture in the best style of some of the older ones.

Well you found a great angle! I love this statue--it captures the happiness and emotion in the greetings and farewells that occur at train stations, airports, etc. on a daily basis.
