I like these kind of monumental compositions you're doing...the tones are subtle and I like the dramatic lighting you achieve here, light near center composition leading your eye all the way back to the last building in the street that we can see...

@Amanda: That'll be because only crazy tourists who spent hours on the road to visit this place would be wanting to get they're money's worth on this icy cold and damp day ^_^ - Also, being a Sunday, most places were closed for business.
A wonderful B&W of this village street. Great perspective, absolutely draws one in.
