London Eye

The London Eye is a prominent landmark, and can often be seen behind buildings and from miles around. This is one angle of it from behind a wall on a rather dull day.

What a thoughtful and unusual photo of the Eye!....I'm down in London with the family during the Chelsea flower show weekend so I'm sure we'll end up around this spot at some time and I'll try and look out for offbeat compositions like this!

@Ian Bramham: I always enjoy walking along the Thames (from Westminster Bridge to Tower Bridge), there's many interesting things to shoot. This shot was from Embankment. If you need any tips on places to shoot around London, do drop me an email?

@hugo poon: Hi Hugo... Sometimes, when the light is flat, and the colours actually detract from the composition, any shot can usually work out well in either B&W or tinted. Your comments are very much appreciated! Thanks.
